When and where will expopharm 2025 take place?

The leading European trade fair for the pharmacy market will take place in Düsseldorf from September 16 to 18, 2025. expopharm is the perfect place for the open exchange of knowledge, ideas and information. 

The industry get-together of the year offers an overview for the entire pharmacy team of all important findings and innovations in the pharmacy market. 

The most important exhibitors of today and tomorrow present their products, services and solutions for the pharmacy market. High-profile healthcare politicians and professional representatives will be on hand to set the course for the future of the market.

When will the German Pharmacists' Conference 2024 take place?

The German Pharmacists' Day will take place in Düsseldorf from September 16 to 18, 2025.  

Will there also be a supporting program for expopharm 2024?

In addition to innovations and new products as well as top-class presentations on several stages, expopharm also offers an exciting supporting program.  

What payment methods are available for orders in the ticket store?

In the ticket store you will find the payment methods prepayment, Paypal and credit card. It is not possible to pay for your order at the ticketshop in Düsseldorf.

How can a paid order in the ticket store be canceled?

If your order has already been paid for, the payment provider must cancel the order. To do this, please send us an e-mail with the details of your order (customer name, e-mail address, order number and/or invoice number) to besucher@expopharm.de.

When can I access the on-demand content?

The on-demand content will be available to you free of charge from October 21, 2024 to January 11, 2025. 

Where can I watch the on-demand contributions?

The contributions are available in the media library.

Is there a charge for the on-demand program?

No, the on-demand program is available free of charge.

What technical requirements and operating systems do I need to access the on-demand content?

All you need is an internet-enabled device, such as a PC, laptop or tablet.

Please do NOT respond to letters with the letterheads "Expoguide" and "International Fairs Directory."

There are currently more companies appearing that are sending letters in the name of trade fair organizers in order to generate funds in a fraudulent manner.

In this context, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the company "Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV," Mexico, is currently contacting trade fair exhibitors again, requesting that their data be updated in trade fair and exhibitor directories (EXPO GUIDE). This is often done without any business relationship to Avoxa. The small print is easily overlooked: The exhibitor commits to paying €1,181 per year to this company for three years.

Call for Papers-FAQ

Who Can Participate in the Call for Papers?

The Call for Papers is open to anyone who wishes to share their experiences and innovations with the pharmacy and healthcare market. Companies or individuals/self-employed professionals seeking to book a presentation slot on behalf of a company can contact us directly at exhibitor@expopharm.de or +49 6196928410.

What Information Do I Need to Submit?

For the evaluation of submissions, we recommend providing as much information as possible via the submission form. This includes:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Speaker details, including name, company, position, etc.
Please ensure that your presentation content offers added value to the audience. Marketing presentations are explicitly NOT allowed!

What Are the Timelines for the Call for Papers?

  • Submission deadline: March 31, 2025
  • Selection of presentations by a professional jury: April 30, 2025
  • Notification and onboarding information for selected applicants: May 30, 2025
  • Further necessary details to be finalized by: August 29, 2025

Are There Any Costs for Me? / Travel Cost Reimbursement

Participation in the Call for Papers is completely free of charge. If your submission is selected, travel expenses up to €400 will be reimbursed (including travel to and from the event, and accommodation).

Will I Receive a Fee for My Presentation?

Since participation is entirely voluntary, no honorarium will be paid for the presentation. However, travel costs for your presentation will be reimbursed (see the section "Are There Any Costs for Me? / Travel Cost Reimbursement").
